We deliver throughout Malaysia, Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. Please note that we are unable to deliver to the following areas:

- P.O Boxes
- Free Industrial Zones (FIZs)

- Airports
- Seaports

Working days are Mondays to Fridays, 0900 to 1700 MYT, excluding public holidays in Malaysia.
Please expect slight delays in delivery during sales and promotional periods.
Note that deliveries may be delayed due to the festive season.
COURIER INFORMATION
Our goal is to deliver within the above mentioned times. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to local public holidays.
All deliveries in the Singapore are made through Ninja Van, and you can track the status of your delivery through their website (https://www.ninjavan.co/en-my) with the AWB number that can be found in your shipment confirmation email or under “Shipment Details” in “My Orders” under “My Account”. For further information, please contact our Customer Care.
In exceptional circumstances, please note that you may receive your order in multiple shipments and on different dates.
In the event of any signs of severely damaged packaging (eg. torn, with holes etc), please reject shipment(s) from the courier company.
The courier company will generally make three attempts to deliver a parcel. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the next attempt will be made the following working day. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to ASICS.
The courier company, Ninja Van may provide you with the option of contactless delivery prior to the time of delivery of your order. You can choose to subscribe to contactless delivery via Ninja Van’s communication channel NinjaChat (see Ninja Van’s website for more details).
For contactless delivery, you will receive a notification from Ninja Van that allows you to choose the delivery option or set an instruction. If you opt for contactless delivery (such as by leaving the parcel at doorstep, in your utility riser, in shoe rack, in between your gate and door, leaving the parcel with your neighbour or leaving with the security/reception of your building), please note that ASICS will not be liable for any parcel losses.
Please also note that if you have chosen contactless delivery for any previous deliveries by Ninja Van (whether from ASICS or another third party), the same mode of delivery may be applied to your order from ASICS. Accordingly, please review your settings with Ninja Van if you do not wish to receive your order through contactless delivery.
The delivery of your order by Ninja Van shall be primarily governed by the terms and conditions of the agreement adopted by Ninja Van for the provision of such delivery service. Ninja Van is understood to be an independent contractor and is not an employee, agent or representative of ASICS.
BILLING, CREDIT CARD AND ADDRESS DETAILS
To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Please also ensure delivery address is entered correctly.
Failure to enter the correct billing address and phone number on file with your bank and incorrect delivery address will result in delays to your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect information. Please note that we only do local fulfilment and we are unable to accept foreign addresses as shipping and/or billing addresses.
Any temporary authorisations placed on your card when placing an order should drop off in approximately 7 working days or more, depending on your issuing bank.
CANCELLING AND MODIFYING ORDERS
Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed.
