A practical design for shot put, discus and hammer throwers, the THROW PRO™ 3 shoe features an improved sole design and upper to accommodate high speed turning and spinning motions.

The sole's round shaped design helps reduce ground contact during rotation and increases rotational speed.

This shoe also implements a full-length resin plate that helps increase stability and response throughout the forefoot.

The motion wrap upper is lighter than traditional upper fabrics and improves breathability and combined with the ankle belt to help allow to comfortably hold your foot.
